To make purchases on the Niccolò P. Online Store you do not need to register; however, we suggest creating an account to enable you to keep track of your orders.

All orders by UK-based customers are sent using the Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class service which is FREE OF CHARGE on each purchase.
FREE Worldwide Delivery
All orders by non-UK customers are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked service which is FREE OF CHARGE on each purchase.

To easily browse our store, select a category from the navigation menu or browse our selections on the homepage. To find something more specific, use our filters or the website search option.
On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colours, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.
How To Order
A product may be ordered following the steps below:
1. From the item page, select the desired colour and size of the product
2. Add the product to your Bag
3. Once you have finished shopping, click on the Bag icon in the sidebar
4. Enter your personal information including shipping address
5. Choose your preferred shipping method and then enter your payment details
6. Click "Review Order" to check that the information you entered is correct and then click "Complete Order"
After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.
Can I change my order and add other products or remove them?
Unfortunately not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. If you need to return a product we operate a flexible 100-day return policy (see below).
Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled. The package can be returned as indicated in our return policy below.

Order being prepared
The order has been confirmed and we have already sent a confirmation email with the Order Number.
Order has shipped
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. Registered users can also find all information related to their orders in the My Account area.
More than 24 hours have passed and I still haven't received an Order Confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and make sure that firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com are in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications. If this doesn't work please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as there may be errors with the email address you registered with.
100-DAY FREE RETURNS*
You can return any unworn item purchased on the Niccolò P. Online Store WITHIN 100 DAYS OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED. Here's how:
1. Contact us at email@example.com giving the order number and reason for the return.
2. Make sure the garment you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
3. Pack the items in the order box and seal using the double-sided tape (or use any rigid carton box) and post to Niccolò P., PO Box 74824, London NW6 9UF, United Kingdom.
* We will refund up to £5 in return shipping charges from anywhere within the UK, up to £10 from anywhere within Europe (excluding the UK) and up to £15 for any other country.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should use a trackable shipping service. Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 5 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued (including shipping cost) and you will receive a confirmation email.
We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 5 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 5 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
