We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide except for a delivery charge of £25 on E.U. orders under £200. Orders by request (or as standard with two or more items) are sent in complimentary gift boxes with no price information included inside the box - perfect for gifting. 

 

United States — Free Shipping & Taxes Included

All U.S. orders are delivered free of charge via DHL Express, with expected delivery in 2–3 working days.

Following recent changes to U.S. import regulations and the removal of the $800 de minimis exemption (effective 29 August 2025), all goods entering the U.S. are now subject to import duties and tariffs.

At Niccolò P., we cover all import duties and tariffs in advance, ensuring a seamless delivery experience. The price displayed at checkout is your final total cost—there are no additional fees on arrival.

 

European Union Free Shipping & Taxes Included

All E.U. orders are delivered free of charge* via DHL Express, with expected delivery in 2–3 working days

* Following Brexit, we made the difficult decision to introduce a £25 delivery charge for orders under £200 from customers in E.U. countries. 

Products purchased from Niccolò P. are subject to local country VAT and (if applicable) import duties. At Niccolò P., we cover all local country VAT and import duties in advance, ensuring a seamless delivery experience. The price displayed at checkout is your final total cost—there are no additional fees on arrival.

 

United Kingdom Orders Free Shipping

Free & Fast Delivery. All U.K. orders are delivered free of charge via DPD Next Day Tracked service. 

Next Day Delivery. Orders placed by 2 p.m. (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same working day at no extra charge and should be delivered the next working day.

Preferred Delivery Day. UK customers may specify a preferred delivery day (Monday - Saturday) at check out free of charge - we will arrange dispatch accordingly.

 

Other Worldwide Orders Free Shipping

All other worldwide orders are delivered free of charge via DHL Express, with expected delivery in 3–5 working days. Customers located in countries other than the U.S., the E.U., and the U.K. are responsible for any import duties or taxes payable on purchases from the Niccolò P.

 

Free 30-Day Return Policy (U.K.) & Subsidised 30-Day Return Policy (Rest of World)

You can return any unworn, undamaged item purchased on the Niccolò P. Online Store within 30 days of the order being placed. Here's how: 
 
1. Contact us at concierge@niccolo-p.com giving the order number and reason for the return
2. Make sure the garment you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund
3. Pack the items in the order box (or use any rigid carton box) and place in a protective bag and post to Niccolò P., 134 Durham Road, London SW20 0DG, United Kingdom
 
We refund up to £5 in return shipping costs from anywhere within the U.K. (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For costs £5 if purchased online), up to £7.50 from anywhere within the E.U. and up to £10 for any other country.
 
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Once your package reaches us, please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed. In the unlikely event that your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued (including shipping cost reimbursement) and you will receive a confirmation email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
 
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 2 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
 
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.
 
If you haven’t received a refund, first re-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
