Niccolò P. aims to always provide a seamless, first class customer service experience - this approach has earned us a rating of 4.9 out of 5 on Google Reviews. We offer free fast delivery worldwide* on every order in addition to free returns (subject to postage limits detailed under "Free Return Policy" below). We also offer next day delivery for our UK customers on all orders placed by 2 p.m. at no additional charge. All items (excluding t-shirts) are sent in complimentary gift boxes with no price information in the box should it be intended as a gift.
* We have made the difficult decision to introduce a £25 delivery charge for orders under £200 from customers located in EU countries. For all EU orders (irrespective of value), all charges including local VAT and import duty (if applicable) will be paid in advance by Niccolò P. meaning that nothing will be payable on receipt of your purchase.
Free Express Shipping
United Kingdom Orders - Royal Mail
Free & Fast Delivery: all orders placed by UK-based customers are sent using Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For service. This is free of charge on each purchase.
Next Day Delivery: orders placed by 2 p.m. (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same working day at no extra charge and should be delivered the next working day (Royal Mail reports that over 93% of 1st Class items are delivered the next working day).
Preferred Delivery Day: UK customers may specify a preferred delivery day (Monday - Saturday) at check out free of charge - we will arrange dispatch accordingly.
United States & Canada Orders - DHL Express
All orders placed by US and Canadian customers are sent via DHL Express. This is free of charge on each purchase. DHL Express typically delivers in 2-4 calendar days.
Other Worldwide Orders - Royal Mail
All orders placed by other non-UK customers are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked/Signed For service. This is free of charge on each purchase (please note above delivery charge on certain orders from EU customers). Royal Mail International aims to deliver in 3-5 working days within Europe and in 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.
Free Return Policy (UK) & Subsidised Return Policy (Rest of World)
You can return any unworn, undamaged item purchased on the Niccolò P. Online Store within 28 days of the order being placed. Here's how:
1. Contact us at email@example.com giving the order number and reason for the return
2. Make sure the garment you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund
3. Pack the items in the order box and seal using the double-sided tape (or use any rigid carton box) and post to Niccolò P., 134 Durham Road, London SW20 0DG, United Kingdom
We will refund up to £5 in return shipping costs from anywhere within the UK, up to £7.50 from anywhere within Europe (excluding the UK) and up to £10 for any other country.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should use a trackable shipping service. Once your package reaches us, please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed. In the unlikely event that your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued (including shipping cost reimbursement) and you will receive a confirmation email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 2 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.
If you haven’t received a refund, first re-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have already taken these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
VAT, Other Taxes, and Duties
Niccolò P. charges VAT only to UK-based customers. Product prices shown for countries outside of the UK are zero-rated by us for VAT and no other taxes are levied*. The following is our current understanding of taxes and duties which may apply dependant on the country from which you are shopping:
There are no import duties or taxes payable by a customer on single shipment purchases from the UK of value less than US$800.
There are likely to be several taxes payable by Canada-based customers depending on their location. Import duty of 18% is usually payable on clothing imports into Canada. Further, general sales tax (5%) and provincial sales tax (0-10%) will be payable by a customer on single shipment purchases from the UK of value more than CAD$20.
Since 1 July 2021, VAT has been payable by EU-based customers on all purchases from the UK. Niccolò P. has decided that it will deliver its products to EU-based customers 'duty paid' at no extra charge to customers spending £200 or more (the total price you pay is the price you see on screen). This means that no EU-based customer will have to pay local VAT or other taxes/duties when they receive the items they have purchased. For EU-based customers spending less than £200, a £25 delivery charge will be levied at check out.
* Note that while the product price for, say, a US-based customer may be the same or similar as the product price shown for a UK-based customer, no VAT has been included on any non-UK product prices. Any price displayed simply reflects the price at which we wish to sell products worldwide.

We guarantee secure payment with SSL encryption and also assure data protection. Payments are facilitated through both Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal.
Using the Website
To browse our store select a category from the navigation menu or browse our selections on the homepage. To find something more specific, use our filters or the website search option.
On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colours, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.
How To Order
A product may be ordered following the steps below:
1. From the item page, select the desired colour and size of the product
2. Add the product to your Bag
3. Once you have finished shopping, click on the Bag icon in the sidebar
4. Enter your personal information including shipping address
5. Enter your payment details and click "Pay Now"
After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.
Can I change my order and add other products or remove them?
Unfortunately not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. If you need to return a product we operate a flexible 28-day return policy (see above).
Can I save my favourite products to a wishlist?
Yes, you can save favourite products to your wishlist. To do so, you must create an account (if you have not already done so) and then log into your account. You will then be able add favourite products to your wishlist.
Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled. The package can be returned as indicated in our return policy above.
Can I shop from my mobile device?
Yes - you can navigate the mobile-optimised version of our website.
Order being prepared
The order has been confirmed and we have already sent a confirmation email with the Order Number.
Order has shipped
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. Registered users can also find all information related to their orders in the My Account area.
More than 24 hours have passed and I still haven't received an Order Confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and make sure that email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org are in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications. If this doesn't work please contact us at email@example.com as there may be errors with the email address you registered with.
